Rosettes may be ordered for each cat which attains Grand Champion, Quad Grand Champion/Supreme Roll of Honor, Supreme HHP, Supreme Roll of Honor HHP, Legacy of Excellence, & Legacy of Achievement.. These rosettes may be displayed on your show cages at all ACFA shows. The rosette will have the cats name printed as it is recorded on the confirmation form. All proceeds from the sale of these rosettes will go to ACFA.

The following items must be provided by the owner of the cat:

1. A completed application form for each rosette ordered.
   
2. A copy of ACFA's confirmation of the cat's title.
   
3. A check or money order, made payable to Jeanne Osborne, for $15.00 in US Funds.
