ACFA Show Entry Form

This is just a preface page to help you setup your internet browser Print Options before you download the Entry Form. Please Read the setup below to avoid printing problems.
There are Two (2) methods of getting your Entry Form . . .

• Down-load the files needed to a folder on your hard-disk or floppy disk. There are 8 small files involved in the printing of this form. For your convenience, all 8 files are downloadable in a self-extracting file named entryform1.doc. To use this method, simply click HERE, and you will be prompted to "open" or "save" the file. Save the file to your designated file folder. A good housekeeping method is to create a new folder just for this form and it's files . . . typically named Entry, or ACFA Entry, or Entry Form. Once the entryform1.doc is in your file folder, simply double click on entryform1.doc and it will open in word.
• Print Directly while "on-line" the entry.htm you are viewing from this site. Before you open the entry page, set your browser printer options as detailed above. Then, click HERE to view and print the Entry Form.
