Yes [ ] No [ ] (4) Are safety precautions being taken such as assuring there are no open flames or hazardous materials where the cats can get to them? Are all wall plugs at the floor covered? Are there smoke detectors/carbon monoxide detectors/fire extinguishers as needed for the individual facility? Yes [ ] No [ ]
B. CATTERY / CAT HAVEN FACILITIES
(1) If caging is used, is the space adequate for the size of the cat? For example, one cat weighing 4 pounds or more should be housed in at least 30 cu ft of cage. Yes [ ] No [ ]
(2) In general, is the cage space adequate for each cat taking into account the activity level of the breed? Yes [ ] No [ ] (3) Are there any cages with wire mesh bottoms?

Yes [ ] No [ ] For the Cattery/Cat Haven to pass inspection, it must have "Yes" answers to all questions, except to B3, D4 & D7. These three questions must be answered "No" for the Cattery/Cat Haven to pass an inspection.
